Backroom Sessions | Molly Sterling – Brian Mooney – Fin Divilly

The bi-monthly Backroom Sessions hosted by Niall Thomas & Andy Sheridan. Their guests on Fri 31st March | Molly Sterling – Brian Mooney – Fin Divilly.
Molly Sterling represented Ireland in the Eurovision contest a few moons ago now but has been busy showcasing her own songs with a hectic gigging schedule seeing her perform across the world. For this show Molly will be performing with her new band to showcase material from her forthcoming debut EP release.

Since the 90’s Brian Mooney has played and recorded with The Idiots, David Kitt,  Jape, Si Schroeder and Beautiful Unit. He founded Indie Record Label Trust Me I’m A Thief in 2004. Most recently he toured Ireland supporting Little Green Cars, playing original songs which are currently being recorded in studio. Using electric guitar and vocals, this current crop of songs seeks to keep the hope machine running with just words and chords; no loops, no effects..

“A sonic technique that oozes character and distinction,

Our advice – Don’t let this one pass you by”  The Irish Times

Fin Divilly – A seasoned and engaging performer and a founding member of ETC will be joining us on the night to share a set of songs from his forthcoming debut solo album.
