Kildare native, Lisa Loughrey, began her singing and songwriting career with Dublin based alt-folk group, The Mariannes. She quickly established herself as a force to be reckoned with on folk and roots circuits after winning The Clancy Brothers inaugural award for songwriting in 2014. This year, Lisa has branched out to include solo work in her repertoir and has been working closely with Nathan Maher (multi-instrumentalist and producer) and upright bass player Damian McMahon (formerly of Tupelo) on a collection of brand new material. Lisa is set to start recording her debut album early next year.
The Inklings are a modern folk band based in Dublin. In 2016, the musical stylings of talented songwriters, Eoin Keely and Briana Horan came together to create the unique sound and beautiful harmonies that The Inklings are known for. They released their debut EP in 2016, and are fast becoming a sought after live act on the Dublin Music Scene.
