Tumbleweed Love is Celebrating its 10th Birthday!!! And we have a very special night in store! We are very proud to announce very special guests Ye Vagabonds. They will be joined by The Prairie Dawgs and Mark Flynn.
The Tumbleweed Love Sessions started in The Cobblestone 2008 as a humble unassuming Folk/Country/Blues/Americana/Trad and ‘all-things-Roots’ club. And like the Tumbling Tumbleweeds rolling into town from the desert plains the TL Sessions gathered momentum and very quickly established itself as the hottest Roots club on this wonderful island of ours. Hosted by the wonderful Prairie Dawgs the Tumbleweed stage soon became home to the cream of Irish & International Roots music. With acts such as LISA O NEILL, THE HOT SPROCKETS, THE YOUNG FOLK, MUMBLIN DEAF RO, THE BLOOD RED MOUNTAIN BAND, THE SILKEN SAME, PETER DELANEY and THE WOOD BROTHERS to name but a few. Tumbleweed is also proud to have given some well-established acts their very first gig namely CRY MONSTER CRY and another little known duo called themselves the Brand New Switcheroo but soon after changed their name to YE VAGABONDS!
